btfs software package provides access torrent files as a filesystem, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install btfs
btfs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the btfs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep btfs *
You will get with btfs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
